How Dispense works

A cash-bar terminal for banquet service. Work moves left-to-right through three stages on the rail — set the bar up once, ring sales all night, then reconcile and report at close.
IMise · Set up

Pick the terminal, name the function, choose which beverages are on the bar, and start service.

IIService · Ring sales

Tap drinks to build a sale, then charge it to the guest's card type. Repeat for every round.

IIIClose · End of Day

Reconcile against the EFTPOS batch, copy totals into MICROS, print the report, then archive.
